I have been a Teacher and a Headteacher for over 30 years, having taught in a range of schools and colleges around Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including mainstream schools, special schools, and post school establishments.

I have taught using British Sign Language as the main form of communication, and for much of my career worked with young people and their families, to provide specialist provision for those students who need a highly personalised approach to their learning.

Working closely with families has always been important to me, it is this which provides the foundation to the ceremonies I create.
