+ Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) requires that all businesses who collect and use your personal information, do so in a manner that protects your privacy and rights.  The GDPR covers the handling, processing and possible sharing of all personal data.

I will ensure that your data and any details gathered from you as part of your engagement with ‘Bespoke Ceremonies’  will only be used or shared for the purposes agreed with you in advance.

Personal or family information discussed and notes made are only intended to support the writing of your ceremony, which you will see and approve one month before the ceremony takes place.

I will ensure that I do not disclose any of your details or particulars of your ceremony to anyone who is not involved or connected directly to your ceremony, unless I have your written consent.  This includes any of your guests, other than those who have an active role in the ceremony.

Any hand written or electronic forms of notes taken by me and any questionnaires, forms and documents that are completed are destroyed after use.  Scripts are retained on secure computer files.  Printed scripts are destroyed after use, except for the copy given to you after the ceremony.

All personally identifiable data will be destroyed after six years of your ceremony date.

I will not share your details to any third party, except if you request me to do so in writing, or where I am required to do so by law, in the event of any legal proceedings or investigation taking place.
