Our funeral and memorial services are designed to celebrate the life of your loved one, and to pay tribute to their life.
The death of a loved one can be a sombre time but this does not mean that the life of your loved one shouldn’t be celebrated. Nor should it discourage the involvement of friends and relatives in taking part in the funeral and memorial service.
Each service we design, write and deliver will be individually prepared to reflect the personality, likes and values of your loved one. Members of the family and friends are welcomed to take an active part in the service, be that reciting a reading or poem, delivering a short part of the eulogy, or taking part in a symbolic action such as lighting a candle.
A funeral service does not have to be a completely sad time. When we meet to plan the ceremony, we can help you to remember and document your loved one in the ceremony with enduring affection. When we write we can describe your unique memories of good times spent together. During the service we can talk about your loved one’s achievements, their passions, the things that made them smile and the fondness and love they had for those special people in their life.
Our Funeral and memorial service ceremonies will help the family to start the long process of moving forward, from what appears to be an impossible time and place. We will help to bring some closure to this period in your life, showing the utmost understanding and dignity during the process. The service will allow family and friends the opportunity to remember your deceased loved one and allow them to pay their own respects, whilst being there as a support for those left behind.
