The first contact is often a telephone conversation and after this, if you would like to proceed further we can have a meeting to discuss the bigger picture and to get a feel for what your vision is for your very special celebration ceremony.

If you decide to book me for your celebration, we will have many more opportunities to talk before the big day, with telephone calls, email exchanges and online meetings, to gather information, to ask questions and to really get to know each other. 

 

This will enable me to write you a truly individual and personalised ceremony.  Your script will be sent to you before the ceremony for your approval, and we can make changes or add suggestions until we are sure that I have captured the essence of your unique story and to certify that you are 100% happy with your script.

I will be happy to provide support, suggestions and inspiration for your vows, words and speeches, and make suggestions about poetry, readings or music that are suitable for the occasion.

​

I will also be there to provide support with any concerns and help to clarify any issues.

 

On the day of your event, I will be at your venue to ensure that the layout of the area for the ceremony is ready. 

 

I will also support anyone who is reading at the ceremony, and ensure that the venue staff are aware of the arrangements for music and timings for things like a toast or welcome drinks.

I will provide a complementary souvenir copy of the script to presented in a special keepsake box, as a lasting memory of your day.
